Refund and Return Policy of RoyalPlugSafe

At RoyalPlugSafe, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in accordance with the following guidelines. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to ensure you understand how to return an item and request a refund.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. After this 30-day period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or email confirmation.
If the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping, it will be eligible for return or exchange regardless of the 30-day window.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Us
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@royalplugsafe.com or call us at (423) 743-6781. Be sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. -
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a RA number. -
Step 3: Pack the Item
Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it. Returns that are not properly packaged or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee. -
Step 4: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, and you will receive the funds within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong product or shipping a defective item.
- Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply (up to 15%) if the product is returned in an opened or used condition that does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at info@royalplugsafe.com to arrange for an exchange. The item being exchanged must meet the same eligibility requirements as a return (unused and in original packaging). If you are requesting an exchange for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and report any damage or defects within 7 days of receipt.
To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@royalplugsafe.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will either send you a replacement or process a full refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” on the website.
- Personalized or custom products.
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or items that are non-returnable by nature.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@royalplugsafe.com or (423) 743-6781. We aim to process cancellations before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled, but you can return the product once it arrives.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after your return is approved. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
